We heel more than just sore feet!

We’re a team of expert Podiatrists that care about solving your foot pain. If you’re sick of not being able to find comfortable shoes because your feet hurt, you have painful bunions, crooked toes, thick toenails, or you are wanting a kids podiatrist to make sure that your children’s feet are checked or cared for by a qualified Podiatrist in Perth, we’d love to help you.

As well as providing routine podiatry services, Doubleview podiatry is a specialist Perth Podiatrist foot centre that provides comprehensive treatment for musculoskeletal conditions, such as plantar fasciitis, heel pain, tendoachilles pain and stiff and sore feet. This treatment involves a combination of specific exercises, orthotics and foot mobilisation.

Services:

- Routine Footcare This includes cutting and filing of nails, reduction of corns and calluses, and visual assessment of your feet and any skin conditions you may have.

- Treatment for Ingrown Toenails This may involve clearing ingrown nails under local anaesthetic. In severe cases our podiatrist can give you a referral to a nail surgeon.

-Fungal Toenail treatments

Low level laser therapy for the treatment of fungal toenailsi availableDoubleview Podiatry also offer a ultra violet light solution for your shoes to reduce the chance or reinfection.

- Biomechanical Assessment This includes testing joint range of motion, muscle strength, observing your foot alignment, examining your gait pattern, and evaluating your footwear.

- Gait AnalysisWe use a video camera and treadmill to analyse the biomechanics of your feet from a range of different angles. This enables us to more accurately assess your gait including the angle of your heel strike and toe off, and things not easily visible to the naked eye. We use this information to develop a more comprehensive treatment plan towards achieving pain free feet.

-Orthotic assessment We use a number of different scanning tools to design orthotics that are best suited to your feet and your lifestyle.

- Diabetic Assessment We provide Neurovascular assessments to check the blood supply to your feet and find out how well your nerves are working.

- Footwear assessment Our podiatrists are trained to give you the best advice on which type of footwear is suited to your foot. We are also stocking a new range of Women's Revere shoes which are specialised for individuals who require orthotics.

- Falls Assessments There are a number of tests that can be done in our Perth podiatry clinic to identify patients who are at a greater risk of having a fall. These include the Timed Up and Go test, and the Single Leg Stance test.Your results may indicate areas where changes can be made to reduce your risk of suffering a fall in the future

- Dry Needling Dry needling techniques can be beneficial in the treatment of a number of musculoskeletal conditions, including shin splints and plantar fasciitis.

Wax Bath Treatments These treatments involve applying paraffin wax to the feet to help ease stiff and sore feet. This treatment is especially helpful for individuals suffering from arthritis.

We are ideal for those who live and work in Doubleview and surrounding suburbs including, Karrinyup, Innaloo, Gwellup, Wembley Downs, Churchlands, Glendalough, City Beach, Osborne Park and Floreat.
