Rebecca completed a Bachelor of Health Science at Monash University and in 2015 graduated from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Health Sciences/Masters of Podiatric Practice.
She has worked independently as part of an outreach team in rural New South Wales servicing remote communities with complex medical conditions.
Since starting at The Foot and Ankle Clinic in July 2016, Rebecca has continued to develop an interest in treating musculoskeletal issues of the lower limb in adults and children. Performing nail surgery to prevent painful ingrown toenails is another practice she enjoys.
Laser nail therapy is an effective treatment for fungal nails she has great success with in all age groups and the new Keryflex treatment for unsightly nails has been well received by her patients.
Professional development is an important part of Rebecca’s career and being a member of APodA and AAPSM keeps her informed and up to date with the latest in podiatry. She enjoys going to conferences and workshops, and listening to ‘webinars’ to hear about the latest in Podiatric research and innovative treatments to implement in her practice and improve health outcomes for her patients.
Rebecca currently enjoys indoor/outdoor rock climbing, yoga, spending time outdoors and travelling the world.
Rebecca works primarily in Boronia, and also has appointments available at the Warragul and Chadstone clinics.
