Billing policy
De Lune Aesthetics is a fully private billing practice. A $100 deposit is required when booking online to secure your consultation. This deposit is non-refundable but transferrable if you provide at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule. The remaining consultation fee is due on the day of your appointment. Late cancellations (less than 48 hours' notice) or no-shows will result in forfeiture of your deposit. To rebook after a missed or late-canceled appointment, full prepayment of the consultation fee is required before confirmation. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
