We're not happy until you don't need us anymore. West Perth physiotherapy
PhysioLogix is a physiotherapy clinic at 6/567 Newcastle Street, West Perth — and if you're looking for a clinic that genuinely takes the time to get to the bottom of what's going on, you've found it.
Why PhysioLogix is different
Most physiotherapy clinics run 20-minute appointments. We run 40 minutes for every initial consultation and 30 minutes for follow-ups — because rushing an assessment is where most recoveries go wrong. You'll see the same physiotherapist at every visit, which means your progress is tracked accurately, your program evolves as you improve, and nobody has to re-read your notes before they can help you. We also offer support outside of clinic hours. If something changes between sessions or you have a question about your exercises, contact us and we'll respond.
Our goal with every patient is full resolution — not a schedule of appointments that keeps you coming back indefinitely. We want to understand what's actually causing your problem, treat it properly, and build a program that gets you to the point where you don't need us anymore. That's the standard we hold ourselves to.
The clinic setup
PhysioLogix has something most clinics don't — a gym floor with a squat rack, barbell, and weights alongside five clinical reformer Pilates machines, all in the same space as the treatment room. That means if your shoulder hurts on bench press, we can watch you bench press. If your knee flares up on squats, we can assess it under load. Rehabilitation progresses from the treatment table to the gym floor to returning to your training — in the same space, supervised, so you know your body is ready before you're on your own.
For patients who struggle with home exercise program adherence, or whose injury is better suited to low-impact progressive loading, clinical reformer Pilates provides a rehabilitation pathway that home-based exercise alone often can't. Classes are capped at five participants and run by a physiotherapist — not an instructor. One-on-one sessions are available for complex injuries or patients who prefer a private setting.
13 years of clinical experience
Vincent Harvey founded PhysioLogix in 2016 after working in other practices and seeing the same problems repeated — rushed appointments, slow uptake of current research, and a format that made it hard to give patients the time they needed. He built PhysioLogix to do it properly. With 13 years of musculoskeletal physiotherapy experience across gym-goers, athletes, desk workers, pole and aerial artists, post-surgical patients, and WorkCover and MVA claimants, the breadth of what we see and treat is genuinely wide.
What we treat
Lower back pain and sciatica — including chronic cases that have seen multiple practitioners without resolution. Neck pain and cervicogenic headaches. Shoulder injuries including rotator cuff tears and impingement. Knee conditions including patellofemoral pain, tendinopathy, and ligament injuries. Hip bursitis and gluteal tendinopathy. Plantar fasciitis. Tennis and golfer's elbow. Sports injuries across all disciplines. Pre and post operative rehabilitation — including prehabilitation to improve surgical outcomes. WorkCover and motor vehicle accident claims across all major insurers with no gap payment.
