Overview
Alex is a highly experienced sports physiotherapist having completed his bachelor and Clinical Masters degree in Sports Physiotherapy at Curtin University. Over this time, his sporting involvement has included travelling with the Australian Women's Volleyball Team and with WA Softball. Currently, he spends the majority of his time working in private practice, and heads up the physiotherapy program to the West Australian Symphony Orchestra (WASO), bringing to this role his experience as a pianist and violinist. He also works part-time in a hand-specialist clinic, dealing extensively with acute trauma as well as a chronic and complex pain conditions. He has a strong grounding in injury prevention and rehabilitation, having completed the Level 1 Strength and Conditioning course. Alex spends his time away from work woodworking, learning to play the banjo and trying to sneak in a snowboard.
