Heidi has more than 8 years’ work experience in a variety of sporting codes. She is highly passionate about sport physiotherapy, return to play rehabilitation and biomechanics, as well post orthopaedic rehabilitation. Heidi worked with 3 rugby union clubs, rugby 7s, hockey clubs, gymnastics, cycling stage races and marathons, as well as triathlons to name a few, since 2013. She finished her IOC diploma in 2019 and aspires to continue to increase her knowledge in the field. She's an avid athlete herself and enjoys the challenges that comes with injury prevention and treatment.
