Steve Taylor

Hi, I’m Steve, and I’m a physiotherapist from Wales! I completed my physiotherapy degree at Cardiff University and have four years of experience working across both public health and private practice settings. I’ve recently relocated to Perth, WA, where I’m continuing my passion for helping people move better and feel better.

I take a holistic, evidence-based approach to treatment, combining hands-on techniques, education, and tailored exercise prescription. Whether you're recovering from a new injury, managing chronic pain, or aiming to return to sport, my focus is on helping you achieve your goals and regain confidence in your body.

My background is in competitive sport having competed and placed both nationally and internationally in powerlifting, as well as playing rugby for many years prior. This has given me valuable insight into the physical and psychological demands of training and performance, as well as injury recovery. This experience directly informs my rehabilitation strategies, helping me to provide well-rounded and practical advice no matter your functional goals. Nowadays, outside of the clinic you’ll likely find me either in the gym, out for a run or taking advantage of the stunning beaches Perth has on offer!
