Ms Nicole Lai

Nicole graduated with First Class Honours from Curtin University (WA) bringing a depth of knowledge to the team. With extensive expertise in personal training and group fitness, Nicole bridges the gap between injury recovery and high-performance strength and conditioning. She has valuable experience within private practice, honing her clinical reasoning and hands-on treatment skills.

Nicole combines manual therapy and dry needling with individualised exercise prescription to ensure her patients don’t just recover, but thrive.

Driven by a lifelong passion for movement, Nicole was Singapore’s youngest personal trainer at 18 years old. Today, she remains a staunch advocate for exercise as a vital tool for both injury prevention and daily performance. She is currently expanding her exercise repertoire by completing her Pilates certification to further enhance her patient outcomes.

Personal Interests and Achievements

Nicole has a 2nd Dan in Taekwondo and played competitively in Singapore. She also loves a good fitness challenge, and has taken part in multiple HYROX events across different cities.
