Overview
Jacob is a spirited new-graduate physiotherapist, having completed his undergraduate degree (Hons) at Curtin University in 2024. He holds his ASCA level 1 accreditation, which he utilises to compliment his physiotherapy knowledge.
Jacob is an ambitious clinician, with an aim to work within elite professional sport upon completion of a Masters’ degree in sports physiotherapy in the future. Jacob currently works with the Fremantle Dockers AFL and AFLW teams as a sports trainer, and alongside Trinity College as the schools’ PSA sports program physiotherapist.
Jacob’s special interests include:
• Lower limb tendon rehabilitation
• Calf and hamstring soft tissue injuries
• Shoulder pain rehabilitation
• Load management for endurance athletes
Outside of work, Jacob enjoys competing in Ironman triathlon, open water swimming races, or putting his feet up while watching the footy!
