Pleas arrive 15 minutes prior to your first appointment if you have not been to Sportreat before, or if you haven't attended in over 5 years. 

Payment is required at the time of your appointment and can be in cash, cheque or electronic funds transfer (EFT). Sportreat also uses the HICAPS system which will allow you to make your claim instantly with most private health insurers. Allied Health Services (physiotherapy, massage, dietetics, exercise physiology) are generally claimable under your Private Health Insurance but will vary depending on the nature of your policy. Also we support EPC/GP Management plan referrals, DVA referrals, ADF Patients, NDIS patients and Motor Vehicle and Workers Compensation claims. Please contact your particular health insurer for more details if you are unsure.
