Overview
Sacha joins our North Beach team after following the lifestyle to Perth from her home in Scarborough in the UK. After graduating from Northumbria University, Sacha developed an interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy through her own experiences with sporting injuries.
She enjoys running, CrossFit, yoga and a range of other sports, helping her relate to the challenges of injury and recovery. She is passionate about teaching yoga and helping people return to the activities they love.
