Billing policy
I understand that the payment of fees is my responsibility if my health insurance, Workcover, Medicare, Veteran’s Affairs or other third party claim is not approved. I agree and acknowledge that: • Payment of fees is required at the end of each consultation. • A cancellation may attract a full fee of the appointment dependent upon Consultation Type if less than 12 hours notice is given.
