Vidhi is a compassionate, Gold Medalist Physiotherapist with a Master’s in Paediatric and Neonatal Physiotherapy and over 5 years of experience across India and Australia.
She delivers evidence-based, results driven care across the human lifespan from premature infants to older adults.
She has a strong passion for paediatrics along with extensive musculoskeletal hands on experience.
Her expertise also extends to vestibular rehabilitation for Vertigo/ BPPV, cervicogenic headaches, nocturnal bruxism related TMJ management.
Her practice integrates advanced manual therapy, dry needling- electro dry needling, face & jaw needling and IASTM/ muscle scraping.
Vidhi is fluent in English, Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, and Urdu. She also speaks conversational Arabic and is keen to learn Japanese with great enthusiasm to ace it ;)
Outside of the clinic, Vidhi enjoys cooking, experimenting various recipes from different cuisines, soaking in beach sunsets, and recharging through creativity and mindfulness.
