Tom is our resident nerd (in the best way possible)! He is passionate about new developments in research and evidence-based practice to ensure he can provide the best care for his patients. Tom’s expertise ranges from working with athletes (physio for west Perth WAFL club), to those suffering from chronic pain to participants of the NDIS. Tom has a background in Exercise Physiology and is a huge advocate for exercise (specifically strength training) to improve all aspects of wellness.
The man behind most of our educational content/blogs, Tom is a walking encyclopedia when it comes to exercise and the human body!
