Overview
Recently graduating from the University of Notre Dame, Anita brings fresh enthusiasm, empathy, and a client-centred approach to physiotherapy. With dual degrees in Physiotherapy and Exercise and Sport Science, she combines evidence-based rehabilitation with a deep understanding of human movement and performance.
Anita’s professional interests lie in women’s health, paediatrics, and athletic populations, where she is passionate about empowering individuals across all stages of life to move confidently and achieve their goals. Her academic background enables her to seamlessly integrate strength and conditioning principles with physiotherapy to optimise recovery and promote long-term wellness.
Beyond the clinic, Anita is an active Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu blue belt, where she continues to refine her technical skills and understanding of functional movement. Her experience on the mats provides valuable insight into injury prevention and performance for combat athletes, as well as an appreciation for discipline, patience, and resilience — qualities she carries into her clinical practice.
When not working or training, Anita enjoys spending time outdoors, getting lost in a good book, and connecting with friends and family. She is eager to continue developing her professional expertise and contribute to her community through compassionate, evidence-based care.
