To prove our commitment to maintaining the best standards of Physiotherapy, all of our staff undergo a minimum of 3 hours of Physiotherapy education weekly. This is mandatory throughout our staff’s employment at Kingsley Physiotherapy. Our continual programme is called “Learning for Life” which encourages our physiotherapists to keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and breakthroughs in the Physiotherapy world. Our programme ensures that all our staff undergoes weekly training and performance evaluations.

To ensure that the best physio services are provided to our patients, our staff meet up every week to discuss their ‘difficult’ or ‘complex’ clinical cases. The discussions are thorough, and evaluation is made by all parties. This then leads to solutions and treatment options being put forward. Once a conclusion is made, the relevant patients are then informed on the outcome of these sessions, and their proposed management plan is outlined. This is our way of prioritising the treatment options available to our patients (medical, surgical, or physiotherapeutic) and ensuring that the patient remains informed and in control of their own medical management.
