Welcome to Inglewood Physiotherapy. I am Shaun O'Connor and have been working as a physiotherapist for over 25 years. Every day I talk to, assess and treat people who are limited in their daily lives by injury and pain. I appreciate how frustrating this can be.

Whether it be a sporting injury on the weekend or spending hours at your computer, problems can occur and cause pain and limitations to your daily activities. I will listen to you, assess what is contributing to your problem and plan a course of treatment with you. I use "hands on" treatments as they have the ability to demonstrate positive change in a short period of time. You will also be shown strategies and exercises to compliment treatment improvements.

Treatments used include manual therapy of the spinal and limb joints, exercise therapy, massage and education about the causes of your pain and the most recent evidence on how to manage it. We also conduct classes for the GLA:D program specifically designed for those experiencing hip or knee arthritis regardless of the stage of the condition.
