Jen Radice

Jennifer is a physiotherapist at Apex Physiotherapy, part of WA Health Group, with a passion for helping people return to the activities they enjoy — whether they are elite performers or everyday movers.

Jennifer treats sports injuries, with experience in combat sports, dance, and athletic populations, as well as neck and lower back pain and post-operative rehabilitation. She also enjoys supporting young females in sport, helping them build strength, resilience, and long-term physical capacity in both professional and recreational settings.

Her approach combines evidence-based strength and movement rehabilitation, hands-on manual therapy, and breath work, tailored to each individual. Jennifer also provides clinical Pilates-based rehabilitation in both one-on-one and group sessions to support recovery and functional movement.

Drawing on her own experiences with injuries during CrossFit, martial arts, and half marathon training, Jennifer brings practical strength and conditioning knowledge into her clinical practice to support safe, sustainable recovery and ongoing physical wellbeing.
