After emigrating to Australia from South Africa with her family in 2000, Steph has become a dinky-di Aussie. She completed a Bachelor’s degree in Sport Science at the University of Western Australia before proceeding on to complete her Physiotherapy degree with Honours at The University of Notre Dame. Steph has a diverse range of interests within Physiotherapy and is passionate about helping patients journey from the acute stage of their injury, through treatment options, and on to exercise rehabilitation and final recovery. She strives to help patients regain their independence following injury and has a strong focus on actively managing patients’ functional goals.
Steph has special interests in women’s health and exercise during pregnancy, and also in the field of neurological rehabilitation. She has considerable experience in various treatment modalities including manual therapy, dry needling and hydrotherapy.
Steph is currently working part time as she juggles the demands of raising a young family.
