Overview
Michelle holds both a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy as well as a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sport Science (ESSA Accredited), bringing a strong combination of clinical knowledge and movement expertise to her patients’ care. Since becoming a partner at Belridge Physiotherapy in 2022, Michelle has continued to build a patient focused approach centred on helping people move and feel their best.
Michelle has undertaken additional training in jaw (TMJ) pain and treatment, helping patients experiencing jaw locking or clicking, discomfort with chewing, headaches and associated facial pain.
With a long-standing involvement in sport, Michelle has worked with a variety of teams including WAFL and Football West soccer clubs, while also competing herself in netball and swimming at competitive levels. Her background in sport gives her a strong understanding of rehabilitation, performance and injury prevention.
Michelle is passionate about guiding patients through every stage of their rehabilitation journey, from reducing pain and restoring movement to building strength, confidence and long-term mobility. Alongside individual physiotherapy and rehabilitation sessions, Michelle also runs onsite functional rehabilitation and small group Pilates classes, creating supportive environments where patients can continue progressing toward their goals.
