Ramneet is our newest staff member to join our team and comes with over 15 years of Physiotherapy experience. She has undertaken extra studies in Womens Health Physiotherapy and has an extensive expertise of working with all musculoskeletal, women’s health and the geriatric population. Ramneet has had great results while treating neck/shoulder pain, headaches, TMJ (jaw) painShe is also a certified GLA:D (globally-recognised exercise and education program for hip and knee arthritis) and DMA Clinical Pilates Practitioner. Ramneet enjoys applying this knowledge to empower and educate her patients to improve core stability, posture, balance, control, strength and flexibility for overall optimum function and wellbeing.
Ramneet utilises dry needling, manual therapy, soft-tissue massage, Kinesio-taping as well as exercise prescription to help achieve her patient’s goals. She loves being a physiotherapist - being part of patient’s journey to recovery and helping her patients achieve their life goals.
Outside of work, Ramneet loves spending time with her family and two-year-old son. She enjoys going on bike rides and exploring nature, loves cooking, music and dancing!
