Josh completed his Physiotherapy degree at La Trobe University and joined our Back in Motion team at Wantirna South in 2017. In addition to helping his clients with their injuries he is also enjoying his role as a Clinical Mentor at the clinic.

Josh’s love of sports, science and working with people are what brought him into the physiotherapy profession, and as such he loves the opportunity he has every day to help people get back to doing what they love to do!

Musculoskeletal conditions and the diagnosis and management of these are of particular interest to Josh. Whether they are sporting injuries or other niggles and pains, he employs a number of techniques including manual therapy, soft-tissue massage, dry needling and exercise prescription to help his clients become pain-free and less susceptible to re-injury.

When he’s not at the clinic, Josh loves keeping physically active, regularly going to the gym or for a run, which has given him a definite appreciation of the beneficial effects of exercise. He follows the AFL closely as a passionate Richmond supporter, and enjoys spending his spare time relaxing with family (including his dogs) and friends, having a kick of the footy, playing the guitar and is also quite partial to a bit of PlayStation!
