Hailing from the foot hills of Himalayas in India, Sanhita moved to Melbourne with her husband in 2011. She has done her Bachelors of Physiotherapy and Masters in Sports Physiotherapy overseas. She successfully completed her Australian Physio licence examination in 2012 and has been practicing in Melton as a Physiotherapist since then.

Sanhita is experienced in treating wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. Her clinical interest are in the management of running injuries, tendon pathology, neck and back pain and management of headaches. Sanhita has a special interest in treating pelvic girdle and thoracic pain during pregnancy, women’s health related conditions like incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse management, mastitis and DRAM. She is also skilled with pre- screening for new mums keen in safe return to fitness and exercise training.

Sanhita uses wide range of Physiotherapy skills in treating her patients. These include Dry needling, manual therapy, soft tissue massage, and personalised exercised program. She has done advanced training in Clinical Exercise and successfully uses that as a rehab tool both with clients recovering with injuries or clients with goal of general fitness and conditioning.

Favourite part about her job is to be able to meet with different people, listening to their stories and able to help them achieve their goals post injury.

In her free time, she loves spending time with her family, doing Clinical Exercise for her own fitness and going on long drives.
