Overview
Utilising the Mckenzie approach to back care, Abhi D'Costa's interests include working and participating with netball, football, MMA and body building athletes. This experience compliments his clinical skills that encompass nutrition advice, exercise prescription and management during pre and post season. He also has a keen interest in sports medicine acupuncture and dry needling to assist in the management and recuperation of sport and lifestyle injuries.
