Bachelor Physio, PGDip Sports Medicine
Grace graduated from the University of Otago, New Zealand in 2013 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and has since completed her Post Graduate Diploma in Sports and Exercise Medicine.
She has a strong passion for runners and the running community having competed and coached at a national level. She also brings with her a wealth of knowledge around all musculoskeletal and sporting injuries and uses this to ensure that you are provided with an accurate diagnosis and optimal performance outcomes. She enjoys focusing her sessions on injury prevention and functional rehabilitation.
Grace has expertise in running technique assessments and coaching, dry needling, manual therapy and biomechanical assessments and is passionate about using these to work collaboratively with her clients to achieve their short and long term goals.
Grace is currently looking into pursuing some extra studies around Women's Health so watch this space!
Outside of work you will find her exploring new running trails or hunting down the next best coffee/lunch spot.
