Claire founded the practice in September 2006 and quickly gained a loyal and strong client base. After graduating in 1998 Claire worked as a new graduate physiotherapist at the Royal Adelaide Hospital. She then worked in at a rehabilitation hospital for 6 months, and spent the next 3 months travelling around Europe.
Since returning to Adelaide, Claire has worked in several private practices, and established her own business in September 2006. In 2007 Claire also returned to the University of SA to tutor final year physiotherapy students in Advanced Rehabilitation, and more recently has tutored other physiotherapists in performing pelvic floor assessments.
Claire is a passionate physiotherapist with a special interest in treating clients with complex chronic conditions such as Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. She also has an interest in both women's and men's specific health needs, in particular pelvic floor rehabilitation and pelvic pain. Claire is proficient in the use of Real Time Ultrasound to assess core stability, performs dry needling, and has excellent manual treatment skills. She is also a Level 4 Pilates instructor and is very experienced in exercise prescription.
More recently Claire has been dedicating her time working on site as a company physiotherapist, aiding businesses to become proactive in health and safety, and minimise risk of injury.
Claire is the mum of Sienna and Harper, and step mum to Kirsten.
