Overview

I graduated from the University of South Australia with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and I am a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association. My specific interests are treating patients with musculoskeletal conditions, sports related injuries, and assisting patients to gain the best outcomes from their pre/post-surgical and orthopaedic rehabilitation.

I enjoy providing a rounded, wholistic approach to treatment including a focus on hands-on treatment (firm, moderate or gentle – just let me know), coupled with corrective exercises to get the best outcome possible. My approach to your treatment is a proactive one. I can help you work on prevention strategies, strength and conditioning exercises as well as individual targeted gym programmes or Pilates informed exercise programmes to get you one step ahead, or back on track.

I have also qualified in administering kinetic link training (KLT) exercise programs, providing a functional, and whole-body focus to strength and conditioning. KLT can be used in a variety of ways either at home or in the gym and is suitable for patients or all ages and abilities and starting levels.

Additionally, I have completed trained in advanced Neuromuscular Trigger Point Dry Needling to assist with the treatment pain and injury. I am trained in Infection Control for COVID-19.

I have experience in many areas including, but not limited to: posture correction, neck pain, headache, back pain, sciatica, disc related injury, sprained ankles, shin splints, tennis elbow, calf strains/pain, hamstring strains/pain, Achilles tendon rehab, strapping and sports taping, shoulder pain and impingement, bursitis, hip pain, knee pain, and biomechanics in sports such as gym, rowing, athletics, running, cycling, rugby and football.

My personal sporting interests include staying active by going to the gym, playing rugby union (Club and SA State Level), hiking and high-altitude mountaineering, having trekked and climbed in the Himalayas in Nepal and The Andes in South America. He has also previously been active in rowing (1st VIII in College).

If you are looking for a good sports physio in Adelaide or need some pain relief, book in for an appointment with me, Fraser Green today. I am also available on Saturday’s for your convenience.
