Our modern, bright, private, professional Physio treatment rooms and Pilates Studio/Gym is located near the corner of King William and Pirie St, opposite the Adelaide Town Hall at Level 6/108 King William Street, Adelaide.

To make it easy for you to find us here are a number of transport options to choose from.
- Public Transportation Tram and Bus stops are located right out the front making access easy for everyone, whether you work in the City of Adelaide or are coming from further afield.
- If you work in the city we are a short & healthy walk from most office buildings.
- If you are driving, there are many carpark options nearby or why not park and catch the free cbd tram from south terrace. Another good tip is that the central market carpark is free for the first hour on market days ( Tues/Thurs/Fri/Sat ).
