Fortify Physiotherapy is a specialised physiotherapy clinic with the goal of providing up-to-date and evidence-based treatments to best help our patients recover in the fastest way possible.
We have a firm belief in treating patients using a Biopsychosocial Model of treatment with our primary aim is to assist patients in alleviating their symptoms and assisting them in achieving their individual functional goals.
We believe educating you on your injury/diagnosis is integral to your physiotherapy treatment, and then helping you understand what functional activities are safe for you to continue with, and when appropriate activity modifications are required.

You will then be encouraged to learn and implement the correct movement patterns, develop appropriate strength, to allow you to achieve your maximum performance. This maximum performance level will be individual to you, based on your physical activities and individual functional goals.
