Overview
Being able to speak two languages fluently has given Lily a unique ability to connect with people from multicultural backgrounds. Lily has had extensive experience in treating people who speak Mandarin. She has special interest in women’s health conditions such as incontinence and pre-post natal pregnancy care. She also loves treating neck pain and back pain and strives to achieve long term results with her clients. Lily advocates to improve clients' overall health to optimise physiotherapy treatment results, and part of that is through whole-food nutrition and Pilates and weight training exercises. Away from work, you’d find Lily Latin dancing salsa and bachata, jogging, road-cycling, learning Spanish, swimming and spreading positivity, wellness and her healthy lifestyle through her social media.
