Since graduating from Physiotherapy in 2017 Nerida has worked in private practice treating adults, gerontology with treatments that are tailored for maintaining and improving the health and wellbeing of the elderly.
Nerida’s interest in Physiotherapy started through her own injury history competiting in a range of sports and 10 years of experience teaching & coaching swimming & sports. She currently participates in cycling, mountain biking, trail running, swimming and gym training.
With her combined experience, Nerida offers expert assessment and diagnostic skills with a high level of balance & injury management across the lifespan. Her goal is to promote healthy and active ageing while maximising the quality of life and mobility.

Free 2 hour Parking is available on Logan Road, Alternativley 2 hr Free Parking is Availble in the Aldi Carpark on Cleavland Street.
If you Park in the Aldi Car Park, walk down the ramp to Aldi, turn left and out the front door, turn left again (walk past 5 Boroughs) and we are about 50m down the street.
