Cancellation Policy

When you make an appointment, we reserve the time slot solely for your care. Therefore, you need to give us at least ONE DAY NOTICE to change or cancel your appointment to allow others in pain to take up the time. Failure to comply will be charged a non-attendance fee. The fee is equivalent to your booked appointment.
