Ian has been one of the proud owners and physiotherapists at Junction Road Physiotherapy since 2000. A graduate of the University of Queensland with degrees in both Physiotherapy and Human Movement Studies, Ian has almost 20 years of physiotherapy experience.

Having worked with both national and state level athletes and having travelled with both professional, semi-professional and amateur sporting teams, Ian has extensive knowledge in the field of sports physiotherapy. He has a wealth of experience in dealing with injuries sustained in cricket and the winter football codes. Ian is the current head physiotherapist at Brothers Rugby Union Club.

Ian began his career in orthopaedic settings of hospitals in both Australia and Great Britain. This, combined with his university studies focusing on exercise physiology, biomechanics and the conditioning of the elite athlete, when coupled with a strong understanding of the science of sport and exercise, has enabled Ian to build a solid reputation in the field of sports injury management.
