Overview
Myles is an Australian Physiotherapy Association Sports Physiotherapist with a special interest in injury management, rehabilitation, biomechanical analysis, and injury prevention. He has traveled as an on-tour therapist for Cirque Du Soleil and as Australian Team Physio for the Australian Canoe/Kayaking team from 2014 (including the Rio Olympic Games in 2016, where they won Bronze). Currently he's involved with the Australian Institute of Sports and provides services to Triathlon Australia’s Elite Program, Kayaking Australia, Australian BMX programs and Swimming Australia.
At Activate Health & Fitness Myles is combining his extensive physio experience with his passion for health and fitness. He has over 10 years’ experience using deep tissue massage, dry needling/acupuncture, and joint mobilisations for management of everyday aches and pain, and sporting injuries. As a competitive long distance runner Myles understands the stress of combining work and training schedules, and how important work/life balance is to happiness. He is passionate about helping people overcome their injuries, improve their performance, and stay on track!
