David graduated in 1996 from Robert Gordons University in Scotland and now brings over 17 years experience working in private practice, NHS public hospitals and sports injury experience treating professional and amateur sports people including rugby, ice hockey, athletics and weightlifting.

During this time he has developed an extensive background in the assessment and treatment of spinal, shoulder and lower limb injuries with a focus on manual therapy and exercise. He is still actively involved in furthering his professional development by completeing post graduate diploma in strength and conditioning, attending post graduate courses and is aiming to start his MSc in musculoskeletal physiotherapy in the near future.
Outside of working he enjoys trying to keep up with his children, participates in judo to varying degrees of discomfort and suffers greater levels of discomfort watching the Scottish rugby team. In his past life (20 kilos ago as he likes to describe it) David was a member of the Scottish Athletics Team and National Champion in the hammer throw. He has a fondness for the beach, a weakness for ice cream and has been known to enjoy a chunky kit-kat from time (a.m) to time (p.m).
