Therapy Max is a unique injury and rehabilitation clinic, based within Cook & Phillip Park, Sydney CBD’s largest aquatic and fitness complex.
Therapists use the most up to date practices, utilising both mainstream & alternate therapies to achieve faster, more effective results for our clients. After careful assessment and diagnosis, treatments are implemented as required and may include exercise prescription, skilled manual therapies, education & advice.

Directions and parking
We are situated in the Cook + Park Phillip Aquatic and Fitness Centre. The Centre is on the corner of William and College Streets in central Sydney, just across the road from Hyde Park, opposite the Australian Museum and next to St Mary’s Cathedral.
The entrance to the Centre is furthest from the road on the side overlooking the smaller Phillip park. As you enter the Centre, please let the Centre’s reception staff know that you are coming to see the Therapy Max physios. At the bottom of the stairs, the swimming pools are on your left and the basketball court is on your right. We are alongside the basketball court.
Discounted parking is available for clients using the Cathedral Street car park. There is limited street parking.
