Overview
Letitia graduated with a Masters of Physiotherapy from The University of Sydney after previously being awarded Honours in her Bachelor of Health Science degree, also from The University of Sydney. Since then she has worked in private practice treating a range of musculoskeletal and sporting injuries.
Letitia has a special interest in the assessment and treatment of dancers. Offering dancing specific injury management, pointe assessments as well as tertiary dance screenings.
With her keen interest in exercise and rehabilitation Letitia went on to complete her Pilates certification series with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI). She enjoys seeing how exercise can empower people to overcome their pain or injuries and improve their wellbeing.
Letitia is also a Certified Lymphoedema Therapist, completing her training through Macquarie University. She supports clients through their Cancer journey monitoring and providing early intervention for Lymphoedema after Cancer treatment as well as prescribing individualised exercise programs to manage additional side effects of treatment like, fatigue, nausea and deconditioning.
When Letitia is not at work you can find her enjoying the beach, reading a novel, or exercising herself.
