As a Dental therapist, Komal can perform a range of procedures on children and adolescents up to age 26, including check-ups, x-rays, fillings, extractions and is able to do check up and cleans for all ages.
Komal graduated from Charles Sturt University with Distinction in 2017. As a high achieving student, Komal has not only been a Dean’s award recipient, but was awarded the Australian Graduate of the Year 2017 and ADOHTA Leadership Award for 2017.
Komal underwent clinical placement and volunteering in many rural and remote areas such as Dubbo, The Royal Flying Doctor Service of Australia & UNSW Rural Appreciation (RAW).
Komal’s speciality is in paediatric dental care, special needs patients, disease prevention and gum health maintenance in all ages. Her understanding of patient needs and teamwork stretches beyond the clinicians perspective.
