Overview
The Diet Station is now providing services at Greenwood Medical Centre on Wednesdays.
Tina, their dietitian, is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with the Dietitians Association of Australia (DAA). Tina has also completed a Masters in Nutrition and Dietetics at Sydney University.
She has had experiences in providing evidence-based nutrition services such as conducting individual consultations and small-group education for lifestyle changes, as well as busting nutrition myths.
She understands the importance of a personalized nutrition plan as everyone is different! To turn your health goals into lifelong habits, Tina will work with you to find out the joy and balance in the food world.
Personally, she loves eating and cooking and believes in “Eat Right Not Less”.
