Overview
Andrew is a long term resident of Riddells Creek and has joined our team as a Nurse Practitioner with over 30 years of experience in the health profession. He was involved in developing Australia’s first undergraduate and postgraduate paramedic degrees and has also been awarded the Order of Australia (Ambulance Service Medal).
Andrew works as a Mobile Intensive Care Ambulance (MICA) Paramedic for Ambulance Victoria and will be working at our clinic on Sundays to provide better access to after hours care.
He is a Registered Nurse, Midwife, Nurse Practitioner and a Paramedic and will be consulting patients. He can provide prescriptions and medical certificates as well as order certain blood tests and imaging tests. He works alongside our GPs and will get them involved in patient care as and when needed.
Andrew has a passion for his work and his presence at the clinic is very welcomed!
