All our GPs speak fluent English. Standard consults are 15 mins and cost $60 during business & after hours. Bulk billing applies if Medicare criteria are met*.

Our GP Telehealth Services:

• General medical advice for common everyday illnesses, eg. coughs & colds/flu, sinusitis, sore throats, conjunctivitis, toothaches, headaches, heartburn, viral gastro, muscular/joint pains, UTIs, skin infections
• Medical certificates - single and multi-day as clinically appropriate
• New and repeat prescriptions
• Referrals to specialists
• Referrals to pathology, eg. blood tests
• Referrals to radiology, eg. xrays, ultrasounds, CT scans, MRI scans

We do not prescribe drugs of dependence (S4D/S8 drugs) including, but not limited to, strong pain killers containing codeine, tramadol, pregabalin, sleeping tablets such as temazepam, zopiclone, benzodiazepines such as diazepam, alprazolam. We do not provide refunds if you request S4D/S8 drugs. The links to the complete list of S4D/S8 drugs are on our website.

You must be in Australia to use our service.

You do not need a Medicare card to use our service (unless, of course, you meet the criteria for a bulk billing consult).

International students and Visa holders are welcome.

If you do not have a Medicare card and require a prescription, please provide your IHI number (available online from the Services Australia website).

Our online doctors offer bulk billing for those who meet Medicare Telehealth criteria:

• Experiencing homelessness
• Under 12 months of age
• Sexual Health, eg. STD screening, pill prescriptions, contraceptive advice.

All other consults are privately billed with no Medicare rebates.

Our telehealth GPs are complementary to your regular GP when you need to access simple everyday healthcare at a time convenient to you.

In rural and remote regions, we understand the shortage of GPs and hope to bridge that gap through our telehealth service.

We value continuity of care and follow up appointments are available once the results of your bloods or imaging are back.
