Appointment and Billing Information

Patients mentioned in categories below are bulk billed, rest all are privately billed. The bulk billing criteria does not apply on the weekend and the public holidays.

• Dr Hou- bulk bill all patients
• All other doctors only bulk-bill children under 12 (not 12)
• Gold DVA card holders
• Desensitisation treatments, and childhood Immunisations
• Chronic Disease Management Plans (Care Plans) and Health Assessments

No Out-of-Pocket Costs for Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) and Workers Compensation cases where liability has been accepted.

Procedure Fee: Fees for medical procedures may vary depending on the type of procedure.

DNA (Did Not Attend) Policy

We kindly request that you notify us at least 2 hours in advance for GP appointment cancellations and 24 hours in advance for Dr Becker and Allied Health appointments (Physiotherapy, Podiatry, Psychology, Dietician). Failure to provide adequate notice will incur $70 non-attendance fee

After-Hours Care

We provide after-hours care directly to practice patients during the sociable after-hours period (7 pm to 11 pm on weekdays), which may include:

• Telephone-based advice
• Home visits
• In-practice consultations

Please note that the practice will not remain physically open during after-hours, but face-to-face consultations can occur if deemed clinically appropriate. Private charges apply for after-hours services.

For unsociable after-hours periods (11 pm to 8 am weekdays, after 2 pm Sundays, and all-day Saturdays and public holidays), we have formal arrangements with Night Doctor ( Call 1300 644 483).
