Phone consultations are available to existing patients who have had an in-person appointment with one of our doctors within the past 12 months.
To book a phone consultation, please call our clinic directly, or book online.
Phone consultations are billed the same as in-person visits. Payment is required on the day, and any bulk billing is at the discretion of each individual Doctor on the day.
Please note on Saturdays there is no bulk billing.

Billing policy
PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING Booking online, you agree to the following: *We are a Private Billing Practice, with payment required on the day *A reduced Doctor consultation fee is available for valid Concession Card holders *Children under 16 are Bulk Billed Monday-Friday only *Any other Bulk Billing is at the individual Doctor’s discretion during business hours *No Bulk Billing is available on Tuesday night or Saturdays. (see our Pricing & Payment tab for more info) *For telephone appts if you have not been seen in person at this practice in the past 12 months no Medicare rebate is applicable
