Warwick Medical Centre and Skin Clinic is a mixed billing practice. Most consultations will incur a private fee; however, bulk billing remains available for eligible patients under specific conditions. Patients who hold a valid Pensioner Concession Card or Health Care Card, and children under 16 years of age, may be eligible for bulk billing Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 3:50 PM only.

Please note: that bulk billing is not available on weekends or public holidays.

Consultations with doctors who operate under a private billing model.

Doctor Billing Information:

Dr Matthew, Dr Rand and Dr Nadine are private billing General Practitioners. However, the following patients will be bulk billed. Patients aged 65 years and over who hold a valid Pensioner Card Children under 16 years of age.

Dr Azadeh is a fully private billing General Practitioner. Private fees apply to all consultations; however, children under 16 years of age may be bulk billed.

Important Information:

Walk-in appointments are privately billed for all patients.This includes children under 16 years of age as well as concession card holders.

Walk in policy:

Warwick Medical Centre and Skin Clinic provides a walk-in appointment service Monday to Friday. The availability of the walk-in appointments is subject to the doctor’s availability and appointment load.

You may be required to wait and our team can’t always give you an exact time frame however, we will do our best to advise on an estimated wait time.

Telephone consultations are privately billed for all patients.

Individual doctors may have different billing arrangements and fee structures.

If you are unsure whether fees will apply to your appointment, please speak with our Reception team before your consultation.

Cancellation Policy:

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact the surgery at least 4 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the following fees:

GP appointments: $40.00 non-attendance fee

Allied Health appointments: Full consultation fee will apply for missed appointments

Outstanding Accounts:

Please note that all outstanding accounts must be settled prior to booking any future appointments.

A payment receipt will be issued to you, which you can use to process your claim independently with ICWA.
