WTHC is a mixed billing practice Monday - Friday, however all patients are privately billed on weekends and public holidays.

• Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders
• Government funded immunisations

Please note that all accounts will be payble on the day of consulation by cash, credit card or Eftpos, your Medicare rebate will be processed immediately at the practice and it will be back in your account within 24 hours using your debit card.

Missed Appointment

You are required to cancel your appointment 2 hours before the scheduled time, a fee of $40 on weekdays, $50 0n weekend and $60 on public holiday applies for missed appointment not cancelled 2 hours before the scheduled time
