Thornlie Square Medical Centre is a privately owned Bulk billing medical centre located in Thornlie. Our focus is to provide our patients with prompt, convenient healthcare services in a comfortable and modern facility. Our administrative staff and registered nurses are friendly and will make you feel at ease with their empathy, knowledge, and efficiency.

Our experienced doctors are all members of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) and participate in the College's Quality Assurance and Continuing Professional Development Program. To maximise the convenience and accessibility of our services, we are open 7 days a week, from 8.00 am to 6pm weekdays, and 1pm to 5pm Saturdays, 9 am to 1 pm on Sundays.

NEW PATIENTS: Please be advised our doctors will NOT prescribe Schedule 4 or 8 medications for new patients.

SURGERY FEES: From 1 st November 2025, Thornlie Square Medical Centre will be a Bulk billing Practice on all days of the week. This change would mean that patients that hold a current, valid Medicare/DVA card will be bulkbilled for consultations, including CarePlans, Health Assessments, Referrals, Results, Prescription Requests, Dressings, Childhood + catch up immunisations and more.

You will need to bring your valid Medicare/ DVA card, Concession or Pension card to each visit.All Fees must be paid on the day.

Non Medicare card holders Fees:

STANDARD COSULTATION: $75.00

LONG CONSULTATION: $110.00
