We are a Mixed Billing clinic. We may offer bulk billing to patients who are under the age of 16 as well as patients who hold valid Health Care, Pension, DVA or Concession Cards.
No Bulk Billing is available from 5pm Weekdays/ Saturday for Face to Face or Telehealth appointments.
Practice fees:
Monday to Friday before 5pm Standard/Telehealth $90.
After 5pm Weekdays/Saturday 8am to 1pm - Standard / Telehealth $110.
Saturday after 1pm Standard/Telehealth $130.
Non-Attendance fee- Monday to Friday before 5pm - Standard Consult/ Telehealth $50.
Non-Attendance fee - After 5pm Weekdays/Saturday $80.

Billing policy
Bulk Billing is ONLY available for eligible patients from 8:30am to 4:45pm appointments from Monday to Friday. Saturday and weekday appointments after 5:00pm are privately billed and no age exemption/healthcare card will be applied. There will be a $50 non attendance fee if you fail to give 2 hours notice Thank you.
