There may be some out of pocket expense if you need any procedure

No Out-of-Pocket Costs:

• Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) and Workers Compensation cases where liability has been accepted.

DNA (Did Not Attend) Policy

We kindly request that you notify us at least 2 hours in advance for GP appointment cancellations and 24 hours in advance for Allied Health appointments (Physiotherapy, Podiatry, Psychology, Dietitian). Failure to provide adequate notice will incur $70 non-attendance fee.

After-Hours Care

We provide after-hours care directly to practice patients during the sociable after-hours period (7 pm to 11 pm on weekdays), which may include:

• Telephone-based advice
• Home visits
• In-practice consultations

Please note that the practice will not remain physically open during after-hours, but face-to-face consultations can occur if deemed clinically appropriate. Private fee applies for after-hours services.

For unsociable after-hours periods (11 pm to 8 am weekdays, all-day Saturday, Sunday and public holidays), we have formal arrangements with Night Doctor ( Call 1300 644 483 )
