At Azure Medical, we combine genuine, personalised care with the latest technology to give you the best of health. We deliver complete family medical care to all ages - children, mums and dads, and the elderly.
We are open 7 days a week, with after hours appointments available on Wednesday evenings. Specifically, our open hours are from 8am to 6pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 9am to 7pm Wednesday, 9am to 12pm Saturday and 10am to 1pm Sunday.

Located in of Cottesloe, our location is ideal for those in Cottesloe and the surrounding suburbs, including Swanbourne, Mount Claremont, Claremont, Dalkeith, Peppermint Grove, Mosman Park and North Fremantle. There are public transport services nearby and there is ample onsite parking available for those who prefer to drive.
As a mixed billing practice, we offer bulk billing to children aged under five and patients with a valid Pension, DVA or Health Care card (not Commonwealth Seniors Card). Otherwise, our fees are $80 for a standard consultation and $114 - $145 for a long consultation with a Medicare rebate of $37.05 and $71.70 respectively. Please note that the standard consultation fee on Sundays is $100 with a $49 Medicare rebate. For a full list of our fees please refer to our website.
