DNA Policy:

Our DNA Policy is in place for the quality of care for all patients at our clinic. If multiple appointments are missed or not cancelled 2 hours to prior to your booked consultation a fee of $50.00 will be charged to your account. We understand that appointments need to be cancelled, you can cancel appointments by answering ‘NO’ to our SMS reminder. Future appointments cannot be made until this account has been settled if a DNA fee is in place on your account.
